Our Oversight  Committee is focused on promoting and enhancing the mental health and overall well-being of our community of retired firefighters.

This committee will play a crucial role in this mission by prioritizing a structured and collaborative approach. This approach combines strong leadership with a diverse range of representation, allowing us to create actionable-driven goals that truly address the needs of our members. We place a strong emphasis on several key elements, including joint governance, stigma reduction, providing greater awareness through education and above all, demonstrating  the highest degree of confidentiality in furthering  a culture of trust and compassion.
