Our Team

Charlaine Robinson
With over 30 years of experience in the human services field, I have helped many heal from trauma. I aim to hear and understand your unique needs and challenges. I strive to help you recover from emotional issues and feel confident and optimistic about your life. Traumatic experiences may cause symptoms that are hard to understand and manage. The symptoms may feel unbearable and debilitating. Therapy can help to reduce the symptoms and increase your capacity to cope.

As you learn more about yourself and develop coping skills, you will feel more confident managing life’s challenges. I aim to help you to increase your awareness of your resilient traits and strengths.
